Yes. A basic listing with your name, discipline, town and specialism stays free for as long as you like. For your first 90 days you also get the full profile, with your photo, services and website, and enquiries from the public are sent straight to you. To keep the full profile and your enquiries after that, choose the Professional plan.

We email you 30 days and 10 days before your full-profile trial ends, so nothing comes as a surprise. If you join as a Professional member, your full profile and enquiries carry on with your founding badge. If you don't, your listing stays in the directory as a basic listing, and any new enquiries wait safely for you until you join.

During your first 90 days, their message comes straight to your inbox. After that, we keep new messages safe and email you to say they are waiting, and joining the Professional plan delivers every waiting enquiry to you straight away.

Choose Community if you want colleagues to ask, monthly masterclasses and member prices on learning. Choose Professional if you see clients and want to be found in the directory, receive enquiries, bring cases to the Case Room and use the referral network. Choose Business for a clinic, salon or brand.

The first members to join pay a lower monthly price, and keep it for as long as they stay a member. When the founding places are gone, the standard price applies to new members.

Professional and Business members, and practitioners with a free directory listing, can upload proof of training, registration or membership of a professional body from their profile. The team checks each document by hand and adds a verified badge to your directory profile, so clients can see you have been checked. Your documents stay private and are never shown publicly. Trichology is not statutorily regulated in Ireland or the UK, so we look for recognised training and membership of a professional body.

No. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew yearly. You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period.

No. Your membership starts as soon as you pay, so payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes. Choose € above the plans and checkout charges you in euros. Visitors from Ireland and the rest of Europe see euros first, and you can switch between pounds and euros whenever you like.

Join online from the For business page, and your partner page goes live as soon as you pay. The first 6 partners pay the founding rate of £1,950 a year instead of £3,500, and 5 of those places remain.
